Shane Sheedy is a highly astute and results driven senior development and construction executive with over 28 years’ experience in the industry. He has delivered a wide range of projects across Australia and is a registered Commercial and Domestic Building Practitioner.
Shane has managed project teams of all sizes to successfully deliver projects across a multiple sectors such as residential, commercial, retail government, recreational and land sub-division developments.
Shane is responsible for the vision, direction and management of Capitol. His personable approach, careful methodology, eye for detail and drive to manage all projects on time and on budget deliver confidence to all stakeholders of Capitol.
Guy Sedunary is a highly respected and risk-averse development manager who has worked in the project management and property industry for over 10 years.
With extensive experience in residential developments, Guy is focused on confirming that all contracts of sales and development feasibilities are accurate. He also ensures that all Capitol projects are designed and delivered in accordance with the approved vision of the company with the expected Internal Rate of Return successfully achieved.
Guy has extensive planning and budgeting experience and prides himself on maintaining his knowledge on all legislation and planning schemes changes. He has delivered a number of complex and challenging projects, and is driven to continue to achieve the best possible outcome for all parties involved in every Capitol development.
Peter Carnell has worked in the building and construction industry for more than 30 years. In that time, he has gained extensive experience in project management, having worked both as a consultant for clients and as a building contractor for some of Australia's largest firms.
Peter's project sector experience ranges from residential construction to local government and industrial projects. He has particular experience in pre-construction processes such as town planning, design development and tendering.
Peter also brings invaluable experience to Capitol having delivered several complex projects under challenging conditions, such as the continued occupation of buildings, staged construction works, special industry site agreements and high security sites.
David is an asset to Capitol and is responsible for co-ordinating marketing material and internal reports.
David is fluent in both English and Chinese (Mandarin), which is a huge assistance when dealing with international stakeholders.
Bill Zheng is the founder and Executive Chairman of Investors Direct Financial Group (IDFG) and Australian Education City (AEC). Bill was educated in Civil Engineering, Computer Science, Business and Financial Management in China, Australia and the U.S.. After a long corporate career spanning positions in Asia Pacific, U.S. and Europe, Bill left PricewaterhouseCoopers Melbourne in 2000 to found IDFG, which has now become an integrated investment group including associated entities in property advisory and management, mortgage finance, financial planning, insurance and superannuation, funds management, property development and construction. Bill’s other passion is to make the world a better place and create a collaborative environment where everyone can live, work, learn and play. This vision has helped to create and shape the mantra and drive behind AEC. Bill works closely with his strong and experienced team of professionals to help find and acquire new development opportunities throughout Australia.
Ross is the Officer in Effective Control and Director of Investors Direct Financial Group (IDFG) property business units, Investors Direct Real Estate (IDRE), ID Property Advisory (IDPA) and is a Director of Capitol Property Group, Vice President of ID Innovations and Australian Education City. He holds a full licence in Real Estate in Victoria and New South Wales. Ross studied Applied Science and Photography at RMIT, and completed a Diploma of Property at Academic Pavilion and a Certificate IV in Mortgage Broking from AAMC. Ross began his outstanding career in the Real Estate industry in 2001 after travelling around the world extensively for more than 3 years. He was the head of the Property Investment Division for one of the largest building groups in Victoria and directed a number of land subdivision and property development projects within his own business before heading up Investors Direct Property Advisory (IDPA) in 2010.
Ross is passionate about the environment and how we can improve the quality of life through strong community engagement and lifestyle, all of which are aligned with the vision of Australian Education City.
